G.A.C.T (Gardening at Century’s Turn) was motivated by my interest in safe food, and the chemicals and modifications that are changing the nature of farming and food production. It is a response to my feeling that biological processes, evolution, and the very essence of life are being changed by untested technology motivated by the greed of multinational agribusiness corporations.
